I want the it to be fast and able to download albums quick
I don’t care how much it costs

Uh, iTunes? You’ll probably find the most variety of music in the iTunes store. The program is free - the downloads are usually .99 or 1.29 for single music tracks. You can get the gift cards at wal mart, walgreens and other such stores if you don’t want to give your credit card information online.
I assume you aren’t looking for P2P software because it would be silly if you’re willing to pay for software to download illegal content but aren’t willing to pay for the music itself.

utorrent and search for albums and music torrents but they might not be legal.
Shareaza the multi network client if you want mp3’s and again they might not be legal.http://shareaza.sourceforge.net/

You can try http://5800user.com You can download straight from there or you can just listen to the music online.No need to download any programs, just download the mp3’s directly from the website.
